The steel bowl of the wiper is covered with plastic from the outside, which thermally insulates the bowl and prevents hand burns and maintains the temperature of the wiped products.
The bowl has 3 fold-out legs that allow you to place the wiper directly on the bowl or pot with a maximum diameter of 28 cm .
The large usable capacity of the bowl (about 2.5 l) allows you to puree large portions of food or preserves .
The spring-loaded construction of the rotating mechanism makes it easy to replace the discs and has a profiled screw that presses the wiped products, thanks to which the products can be wiped to the very end without wasting them
